Welcome to Little Starshine Ballet, a fantastic fun-filled and educational kids activity in Plymouth for children aged 16 months, (or walking), to 7 years.
We offer a unique, nurturing dance experience that blends gentle ballet technique with imaginative play, music, and storytelling. Whether your child is just starting out or growing in confidence, our classes support early years development, coordination, and creativity all in a warm, inclusive environment.

This welcoming, accessible venue offers free on-site parking and is right on the bus route, making it ideal for families who don’t drive.
Little Starshine Ballet Class Pricing
Here’s how our pricing works:
Classes cost £6.50 per 35 minute session.
Booked half-termly
Fees are charged in blocks that follow the school calendar—typically 6 or 7 weeks per half term.
Flexible start dates
Families can join at any point during the term and only pay from their child’s first class.
Make-up classes available
If your child misses a session, you’re welcome to attend a make-up class at another venue during the same term.
Runs alongside school terms
Our schedule aligns with local school dates for ease and consistency.
Classes Available in Plymouth

Starlings (Walking - 2.5 yrs)
A gentle, playful class where little ones explore movement with their grown-ups through rhythm, songs, and props. Perfect for tiny feet taking first steps into dance.

Shimmers (2.5 - 4 yrs)
A joyful ballet class for little ones, with parents or carers warmly present but not required to join. Children build confidence through gentle ballet technique, storytelling, and imaginative dance.

Superstars (4 - 7 yrs)
Our older ballet class in Plymouth offers a gentle step up from the playful toddler sessions, guiding children into more structured ballet while still keeping things fun and pressure-free. With imaginative weekly themes and age-appropriate technique, dancers explore graceful movement, musicality, and confidence—building strong foundations in a warm, encouraging space.
