Cancellation Policy
**Booking Terms & Conditions** Fees are paid as block bookings, covering a half-term of classes (generally 5–7 weeks). This secures your child’s place and helps us plan thoughtfully. Fees are non-refundable, however if a dancer withdraws from a term due to special circumstances, please contact us—we’ll do our best to find a compassionate solution. For any missed classes, you may attend catch-up sessions at any other venue during the same term. **Cancellations, Absences, Force Majeure & Refunds** If a class is cancelled by Little Starshine Ballet (e.g. due to illness or venue issues), we will do our best to reschedule—usually at the end of term, during holidays, or by extending future classes. If rescheduling isn’t possible, any fees already paid may be credited toward the next term or refunded at our discretion. Classes cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather or force majeure) may not be rescheduled or refunded.
