Celebrating the Launch of Kidz Groove Afterschool Club at Widey Court Primary School. Little Starshine Ballet is celebrating a wonderful milestone this term with the launch of Kidz Groove Afterschool Club at Widey Court Primary School. The club opened fully booked with a waiting list already forming, a beautiful reflection of how much local families value fun, movement and creativity for their children.
This exciting new club sits alongside our much-loved children’s ballet classes in Plymouth and Tavistock, expanding the ways we support confidence, coordination and expressive movement for young dancers.
🎉 A Creative, High Energy Club for EYFS to Year 6
Kidz Groove is designed for children from EYFS to Year 6, giving them a warm and friendly space to unwind after school. The sessions blend upbeat music, simple choreography, creative movement and confidence building activities that help children feel happy, energised and proud of themselves.
Although Kidz Groove is not a ballet class, it shares the same values that guide all Little Starshine Ballet teaching. Children are encouraged to move with freedom, explore rhythm, build coordination and enjoy the fun of dancing with friends. These skills beautifully complement the foundations taught in our preschool ballet, toddler ballet and children’s ballet classes across Plymouth and Tavistock.
